WOW . . . What a great summer concert seasson! The National Forest Association and co-presenters, Coldwell Banker, the Tim Wood Group, and The Lighthouse Project, want to thank all of our supporters of this fund raising program through ticket sales, in-kind donation of services and sponsorships. We completed the most successful season in its 7-year history.
We enjoyed a trip back to the 60s, 70s and 80s this season by delivering some of the best classic rock tribute music to our local mountains and to SOCAL through 5 events on the Discovery Center Amphitheater stage. Your dollars will . . .
Help fund the environmental education and youth development In nurturing native plant material at our greenhouses at National Children’s Forest and Big Bear Ranger Station
- Learn restoration cycle from native seed collection, to propogating to outplanting
- Through fall, we'll be planting a mixture of 4,000 seedlings and other plant material at high use and heavily damaged areas on the San Bernardinos
Our mission is to develop our youth from the mountaintop and urban underserved through conservation-related community service coupled with hands-on education to develop stewards for tomorrow's green workforce.
BIG winners are healthier mountains and communities that we can help sustain for our children.
