Summer Season (Memorial to Labor Day Weekends)
4:30pm event start to 11:00pm
(set up times negotiable)
All Other Seasons
Event times negotiable

No attached bathrooms; located within steps behind snack bar

Additional seating space for 100

Includes full serving bar to public with roll top

Clients to provide:
- Audio/visual equipment
- Tables and chairs
- Eazy Ups
- All catering equipment
- Trash removal if excessive
Maintenance
All facilities will be cleaned and stocked upon release of space
Trash lined receptacles will be placed accordingly depending upon the functions
Client is responsible for placing all trash in receptacles
Snack bar if used to be restored to original condition
Rental fee includes maintenance of restrooms post-event and trash removal
Rental rates start at $500 for weekday; $1,000 for weekends
Special rates available for nonprofits
